Event Hydration Solutions, Inc offers a 1-year warranty on manufacturer's defects from the date of receiving your product. Defects would include faulty water dispensers, leaky fittings, or cracks that are determined to be from either shipping or the manufacturing process.
If a product is found to be defective, we reserve the right to help solve the problem by consulting with the customer on common trouble shooting solutions. The customer will need to email photos of the defected area to Kevin@watermonster.us
RETURNS and REFUNDS
If it is found that the problem can not be resolved after consulting and reasonable trouble shooting efforts, Event Hydration Solutions, Inc will send out a new product replacement at no cost to the customer. Event Hydration Solutions, Inc does not honor refunds. Because our products are made from food-grade components, we are not able to accept returns or give refunds. Liability and loss of quality control prevent us from restocking and reselling the product as new to another customer.
